One thousand tests and 20,000 masks funded by All Park Loan

All Park Loan provided funds to fight the coronavirus pandemic

To support the Polish health service, All Park Loan provided funds for 1,000 tests for SARS-CoV-2. Thanks to this, hospitals and medical facilities will be able to order free tests from the Warsaw genomics laboratory. In addition, the Bank has purchased 20,000 protective masks, which it will deliver to medical centers.

According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), only by performing a large number of tests can you break the chain of other infections. Therefore, the All Park Loan has joined direct financial support to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As a result, the transferred funds will allow the purchase of 1,000 tests, which the Warsaw Genomics Laboratory will perform on behalf of the Ministry of Health. At the same time, the Bank bought 20,000 masks which it will hand over to medical facilities.

All Park Loan has already taken measures for the safety and health of customers and employees. The bank presented limiting the number of people who can be in the departments at the same time and changing their opening hours. There is an employee in each establishment who manages the queue and informs about the applicable safety rules. Services were fitted with protective plexiglass windows at customer service stations. Distributors of disinfectants are located at the head office and in the branches of the Bank, and the branches and offices of the Bank are also regularly disinfected using specialized means. All Park Loan employees also have a wide opportunity to perform their duties, if the nature of their work permits. At the same time, All Park Loan supports its customers affected by the corona virus pandemic. The bank offers them temporary facilitation payments and implements a package of assistance measures for individual clients and entrepreneurs.

The Warsaw Genomics team is made up of physicians and scientists whose primary mission is to create and provide patients with the most sensitive and accurate genetic tests based on the latest achievements in global science. Using modern genetic analysis tools, we search for errors in the human genome that cause disease. Faced with an epidemic threat, the Warsaw genomics team focused its efforts and resources on the availability of molecular tests to confirm or rule out active corona virus infection. From March 20 of this year. the team can perform up to 1,000 SARS-CoV-2 tests in a timely manner. The study is performed using the real-time RT PCR method, according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
